INTER UNIVERSITY RUGBY COMPETITION:2024-2025

"RUGBY Competition" held at CHANDIGRAH UNIVERSITY, PUNJAB, from December 16, 2024, to December 20, 2024. Manjunatha M , a BBA 3rd-year student, participated, and Mr. Ramachandra, the Physical Education Director (PED), coordinated with the students.

INTERCOLLEGIATE YOGA COMPETITION:2024-2025

“YOGACOMPETITION” in “InterCollegiate level” was organized on 19.10.2024 - at RJSFG collage, koramangala In the competition 5 students participated from our college and were secured as 1 student (Harish k manuvachari BBA 3RD YEAR student) 4th place. MrRamachandra,PED coordinated with the students.

ANNUAL INTER CLASS SPORTS: 2023-2024

RJSIMS had organized “Interclass competition” from 24.06.2024 to 27.06. 2024.Total 180 students were participated. Our beloved sports committee chairman Mr MBI Somashekar Reddy and Mr Mahesh Reddy M C member, Principal and all other Faculties & Staffs were involved in that program. Mr Ramachandra, PED made the arrangements and conducted the Sports activities for students. The competition was held successfully.

INTERCOLLEGIATE VOLLEYBALL COMPETITION: 2023-2024

“VOLLEYBALL COMPETITION” in “Inter-Collegiate level” was organized on 19.06.2024 - 26.06.2024 at B E S FIRST GRADE COLLEGE, JAYANAGARA. In the competition 12 students participated from our college. Mr Ramachandra, PED coordinated with the students.

International Yoga Day: 2024

KRJS Group of Institution has organized “International Yoga day” on 21.06.2024 in KRJS Quadrangle. In Association with Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari – Karnataka Vibhag. Principal Dr.A.Ravi, MC members , Faculties and Staff were participated along with the 100 students. Mr.Ramachandra, PED made the arrangements and conducted the Yoga activities.

INTER COLLEGIATE KABADDI COMPETITION: 2023-2024

“KABADDI COMPETITION” in “Inter-Collegiate level” was organized on 02.05.2024 at T.John Institute of Technology, Bannerghata Road. In the competition 12 students participated from our college and were announced as Runners. Mr Ramachandra ,PED coordinated with the students.

INTER COLLEGIATE AMERICAN FOOTBALL COMPETITION: 2023-2024

"AMERICAN FOOTBALL COMPETITION” in “Inter-Collegiate level” was organized on 23.05.2024 to 24.05.2024 at st francis college , koramangala . In the competition 10 students participated from our college. Mr Ramachandra, PED made arrangements for the students.

A INTER CLASS INDOOR GAMES – 2024

A four days INDOOR GAMES competition was organized by sports committee on 1st April 2024 to 04 April 2024 at RJSIMS campus for PG students. The games were organized by Mr.Ramachandra, PED for both boys and girls inside the campus. The following games were organized: 1.) Chess, 2.) Carom, 3.) Shuttle Badmiton.

In shuttle badminton competition total 25 boys teams and 15 girls team were participated. In Boys category, mohan kumar and manjunath – II MBA won the first place and Naviteja and ganesh – I MBA won the second place. In Girls category, harshitha and chaithra – II MBA won the first place and Jenifer – II MBA won the second place.

In Chess Competition total 12 boys teams and 10 girls teams were participated. In that , Boys category GIRISH B.M, II MBA won the first place and. SANJAY HV, II MBA won the second place. In Girls category, SELVI.P II MBA won the first place and Malapati pallavi, II MBA won the second place.

In Carom Competition total 12 boys teams and 08 girls teams were participated. In that, Boys category, Srikanth and Yuvaraj, II MBA won the first place and Poorna tejas and Girish – II MBA won the second place. In Girls category Tajeswini and Vandana II MBA won the first place and– Chaitra PM & Malapati pallavi II MBA won the second place.

“BEST PHYSIQUE COMPETITION “ in “All India Inter University Level” was organized From 01/02/2024 - 04/02/2024 at Calicut University Kerala . In the competition03 students from our college. Mr Ramachandra, PED made arrangements for the students.

INTER-UNIVERSITY YOGA COMPETITION: 2023-2024

“YOGA COMPETITION ” in “Inter-University level” was organized on 30.11.2023 to 04.12.2023 at Anna University, Chennai. In the competition 01 student represented Bangaluru City University from RJSIMS College at Anna University, Chennai and Mr.HarishManuvachar – Second year BBA.

NATIONAL SPORTS DAY: 2023

In RJSIMS “National Sports Day” was organized on the Birth Anniversary of the Hockey Wizard of India Mr.Major Dheyan Chand on 29.08.2023 at RJSIMS Campus. In the program 150 students were participated from RJSIMS College. Dr.A.Ravi, Principal & Director RJSIMS, Dr.Shashikala, Vice-Principal, HOD’s, Faculties and Students were participated in this program. RJSIMS - Sports Committee members made arrangements for the program.

INTER-UNIVERSITY WRESTLING COMPETITION: 2023-2024

“WRESTLING COMPETITION ” in “Inter-University level” was organized on 28.11.2023 to 01.12.2023 at Chandigarh University, Punjab. In the competition 01 student represented Bangaluru City University from RJSIMS College at Chandigarh University, Punjab and Mr.Akashkumar Singh – Second year BBA.

WRESTLING COMPETITION

Sports

Sports includes all forms of competitive physical activities or games which, through casual or organised participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants and in some cases, entertainment for the participants. In this regard RJSIMS is continuously supporting students to participate at various levels under the guidance of Physical Education Director Mr. Ramachandra.
